Hi everyone,
          Wow, its been a hot minute since I've been around here. Hehe.
          So, a few updates-
          First off, I do apologize for being inactive for such a long while. I've been busy with life, and just haven't had the time/motivation to stay active in my writing. 
          Second, I was unable to submit my story for a Watty, due to the limitations that they set for this years awards. A Kindling Flame didn't meet the needed requirements, so I was forced to bow out.
          With all that being said, I do have chapter 18 written, but it hasn't been edited yet. I'd like to try and publish at least one chapter this month, but I'm unsure if it's going to happen. 
          That's all for now. Thank you all for your continued support, it truly brings a smile to my face to see people enjoying my work.

Hi everyone! 
          I hope you are all having a marvelous start to your week. 
          With the Watty Award submissions opening soon, I’ve been rather busy with editing A Kindling Flame and preparing it for submission. 
          On that note, if you see previous characters getting re-posted, that would just be me making a few minor tweaks to the story and making grammar corrections. 
          Also, instead of spacing out the next couple chapters, I will be posting the next TWO chapters this upcoming Wednesday, June 26th, at 3pmEST/12pmPST. This might mean that there won’t be as many chapters posted in July, but I’m hoping that won’t be the case. 
          Thank you all for all of the support on A Kindling Flame- I’m so happy that y’all are enjoying it and that you are taking the time out of your day to read the tale of Scarlet and Espen over joys me. Please don’t forget to comment, vote, and share their story with others.

Hello everyone! 
          Chapter 14 of A Kindling Flame is now published! I hope you all enjoy it! 
          Chapter 15 will come out on June 19th, at 3pmEST/12pmPST. I know it's a bit of a long break, but I want to make sure I have at least two chapters throughout June, July, and August, and I'd like to make sure I have enough time to pre-write and edit all of the upcoming chapters. 
          In the meantime, make sure to catch up on Scarlet and Espen's adventures!

Happy Friday everyone!
          Sorry I've been ghosting y'all for a few weeks- I've been rather busy and haven't had the time to write.
          I hope you all are enjoying A Kindling Flame! I've tired to stay consistent with Wednesday updates, but I wanted to let you all know that I will not be publishing a chapter this upcoming Wednesday, May 29th. This is manly so I have enough time to work on the next chapter, and I don't have to stress about getting it done. 
          My hope is to have the next chapter done and published on June 5th. 
          Also, updates might become slower come the summer months. I'm going to be rather busy this summer, so the chances to write won't appear as often. It's still my hope to have a chapter out on Wednesdays, but we'll see. 
          In the meantime, I have a question for you all.
          Who's been your favorite character in A Kindling Flame so far? It could be anyone from a main character to a side character-I would love to hear y'alls opinions.

          I’m happy to announce that chapters 10 and 11 of A Kindling Flame are finished, and will be releasing soon! 
          Chapter 10 will be released May 1st, at 3pmEST/12pmPST. 
          Chapter 11 will be released May 8th, at 3pmEST/12pmPST.

Hello everyone! Rexie here. I hope you all have had a fabulous week. 
          I'd like to let you all know that A Kindling Flame updates will become slower come the summer months. Summer is a busier time for me, so I won't have a lot of opportunities to write. On that note, chapter 9 is coming along nicely, so and it'll hopefully be done and published next week.  
          Thank you all for the support on A Kindling Flame as well! I'm overjoyed to be telling the story of Espen and Scarlet, and am incredibly grateful to all of you who have taken the time to read it. It means the world to me.
