I'm not big on labels or anything. I procrastinate a lot. I'm not the prettiest or the fastest or strongest. I probably wouldn't win any physical competitions. 
BUT I write and rewrite a hundred partial scenarios. I research random facts just for precision in story-writing. I spend more than my fair share of time in nature... and then onto my computer to write. I know what I'm good at, and that's creating an image with words. I know I see the world differently from others, and I'm okay with that.
I may not get an Olympic gold medal, but I know how to hogtie a loose pig. I can shimmy up a tree in less time than Michelangelo can scarf down a pizza. I know what I would do to survive a post-apocalyptic downfall of mankind, and I would last longer on Las Cinco Muertes than anybody else I've ever talked to.
