All the reader books start off with a basic named character that I mold and create to be the Y/n. When I’m writing the chapter I give Y/n a proper character system in my head to make sure you feel tangible and relevant, not just a reader insert with “I’m so nonchalant and cool for no reason” agendas. For example.
Fate’s Y/n character is Hispanic who just so happens to be really, and I mean REALLY, good at cooking.
Hoyo’s Y/n is basically just the streamer Togi but Russian.
WuWa’s Y/n, when the book is eventually crafted, started off as just a “What if Aquaman was in WuWa” and now that’s the base for the Y/n template.
I like the Y/n to be quite interesting without you, the reader, having to mentally fill too much of them. It’s more of a video game approach, I want you to take the reins and become the character, see yourself in their shoes.
I have so many rants I can go on about the current atmosphere of Male reader media becoming more and more streamline and less work put into it. My goal is provide you books and chapters that go against the grain.
Cool, nonchalant, aura moment Y/ns can be done right in moderation. However, sometimes charismatic and heroic Y/ns who just love being nice are just as cool.
