I swear I’ve not disappeared guys. Just a little busy with having the kids I babysit home and trying to homeschool them while looking for a job...so much fun. In good news I passed the NCLEX and got my nursing license so hopefully I’ll be starting another job soon! Got a job offer this morning so things are looking up!
          	
          	I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during quarantine (if you’re still in it)! Expect chapters for both books on Saturday! I’ve been meaning to upload chapters for From Embers but honestly I went through a stage where I fell out of love with the entire book and just hated how I’d written it. Redoing the latest chapters has helped that feeling go away thankfully

Hey everyone! Sorry to have been gone for long, been sick and just busy in general. I've uploaded the first chapter of a new horror story I've been working on. I'll start putting up the rest of the chapters in March or April depending on when I finish From Embers and how far ahead I've managed to write. @StarbucksMocha Thank you! I'm not really sure. I've heard some people only use first drafts on here then shop the finished draft around, but according to Wattpad, posting here doesn't mean you lose first rights. So it's a little confusing. Also, if I'm using wattpad, I want to take full advantage and rack up followers and contest wins, etc. I'm trying to talk to a few agents about this and get an official yes or no.

@Sabrina_Giles I'm so sorry to hear about your medical issues. Really hope that it all sorts itself out as best as possible! Wishing you all the best! 
            Glad you found my story description interesting, it's something I've been planning for a few months now and it's so much fun to write a different genre. 
            And publication sounds exciting!! I get why some wouldn't want it posted onto other sites before but if you don't keep up uploaded do it they still consider it not usable or can you upload it but delete it later off the site?

@StarbucksMocha I've been good. A lot of medical stuff happened at once, got really bad, but I'm doing better. Still have medical stuff happening, but I'm on my feet and being active again, so I am grateful for that. I really like the description of your story above and can't wait to read it! Sounds super cool and spooky. Lol
            I'm not sure if I will post anything else on here or try for publication first. I've heard some agents still consider posting to Wattpad as giving up first rights, but we'll see!

Part 2 is up! Sorry this is posted a little later than I intended, agreed to play monopoly with the kids I babysit and we ended up in a six hour game that only ended just after midnight. There were tears (from the kids) and a lot of screaming but it was a lot of fun. 
          
          Anyway, in this second part of this week’s chapter we get to know Esme more. Jai-Jai’s reeling and tries to get control back of her life, but with Esme back, she finds herself slipping back into old habits.

We are finally nearing the end to From Embers. At most ten chapters left to go, but it definitely won’t be the last of Jai-Jai’s story. I still have so much more to write for her and Sen - can’t wait to share it with you all. Chapter 37 has been posted. The team finally make it to America, where humans have overrun the country making it even harder then anticipated to finish the secret mission. And knowing Jai-Jai’s luck, something’s bound to go wrong. (Next week’s chapter is long so it’s split into two parts. Will upload both parts up next week, one on Wednesday and the other on Friday.)

Hello everyone! It’s been so long and I miss being on this site, but taking a break turned out to be a good idea because I managed to pull through and PASSED NURSING SCHOOL!! I only took my final yesterday so I’m still riding on the high of actually being able to graduate after so many years of trying for this degree. I’ll be posting again soon so look out for that! I’m taking the weekend to enjoy time with my family who are flying in for my graduation ceremony on Monday. I miss writing and can’t wait for you guys to see all that I’ve planned and have been working on. 
          Uploads for From Embers will be starting again - is there a day of the week that you all would prefer me to upload those chapters? Starting January or early February I’ll start uploading my new horror/mystery book - I’ll post more about that closer to me uploading it. Well, that’s all from me - happy holidays everyone!

Hey guys! Some good news and some bad. Let's start with the bad first - I'll be taking a hiatus until December. This means no updates and I'll be sparse from this app. I'm currently taking a really strenuous semester and I'm so close to graduating that I really need to take this time and put all my efforts towards passing my classes. I hope you understand. 
          
          Good news! I will still be writing during those two months that I'm gone and will begin to upload again the day after my final - December 13th!  By then I'll have completed From Embers and will be posting at least two times a week once December hits. I will also be participating in NaNo this year for another book so if you're into mystery and horror this may be up your ally! I'll start uploading that one in December or January depending on how much I've finished and edited. 
          
          
          Well - I'll see you all in a couple months! Wish me luck with my classes because I'll need it
