Ah, I initially set it in an imaginary version of Santa Monica as a tribute to the amazing VtM, but it made no sense for the story. So it was changed to New Bethlehem, a fictional town on Michigan's rust belt.
          
          I am not based in the US - I have never been to the US - so if I miss something in my research and write something incredibly stupid, let me know!
