How do ya'll deal with stupid people who just won't pay attention and always do things their way even when they aren't supposed to? (Sorry if ya'll had a stroke reading that...)(my church is on the verge of splitting and my dad is the only smart/sane person there rn...)(this past year was stressful)

I'm very new to this app, and some stories might be cringey. But I'll take constructive criticism
