HELP ME PLEASSSEEE! When I tell you I have had nightmares for 2 weeks (maybe a bit more) straight I mean it *aggressive clap bc no emojis)*
Last night I had my first ever Sleep paralysis episode and it scared me so so badly, as well as a bad dream before it, and that’s why I woke up but I couldn’t move
Basically I keep having nightmares and after every one (I have super detailed and disturbing nightmares :) ) I have like a bit of a panic attack/I get super paranoid and end up feeling so so exhausted in the morning because of it. So please put ideas to help stop this (yes, I take anxiety meds at night but for some reason it’s not stopping them and also this isn’t the first time I’ve had nightmare episodes like this)
