OK so, for a while I've been having very bad dreams (even worse than my usual bad dreams) and its been given me this absolute horrible feeling of dread that I hate. Its also causing me to become more and more paranoid than I already am. If anyone has a clue what's happening to me or what's going on please tell me.

@LittaSilver thats my problem. The second i wake up i forget the nightmare. All i can even remember is that somethingbharrible had happened or was about to happen. Ive told my dad and he thinks its something that'll go away and my mom says im just being paranoid. I usually keep the nightmares to myself but they have been happening more frecquently now.

I don't know what kind of bad dreams you've been having, but maybe it would help to tell someone about them… Though, I remember a horrible dream I had when I was younger and I still can't tell anyone, cause i just can't really talk about it. But if you can talk about it, I think you should.
