When youre sick but your parents brush it off as “seasons changing” (they always say ts and I’m always sick) and your dad actually asks you if there is a other reason that u want to skip school despite the fact that it’s getting colder, lots of ppl at school are sick and ur sib has been sick for the past week

Hey uh genuine question 
          What do you guys do when you’re spiralling? Like mentally. It’s almost midnight, I can’t sleep and my thoughts are on a downwards trajectory rn, idk how to get out of this :/
          Plz don’t report me, I’m not considering anything. Just feeling bad about my self worth ahahah. I don’t spiral often but tonight it’s just really bad, idek know why.

@Starz-in-the-skyz it also just happens to have some themes related to burnout so if you're having trouble getting academically motivated (we've all been there lol) then it's also a great option
