bad news: heat from fire isn't gonna happen anytime soon because I can't really get it into a good story at the moment.
          
          good news: 24:01 is coming along really well

So, what's happening with the big 3?
          
          24:01: Both editions of the story are down, and that's because the new one is really developing well, should start within the next few months. Also, that one contained story beats I didn't really wanna continue with anymore.
          
          Rabbit Hole: This one's also getting reworked, but with a twist: there are now 4 stories instead of 1.
          Liv, Amanda, Ace and Elliott all get to tell their sides of the story individually, going into how Liv got involved with Andrew, how Amanda ended up fighting Rower, the reason Elliott was so vengeful and Ace's rescue mission.
          "Heart" is still Liv's story, Amanda's will keep the name "Rabbit Hole", Elliott's is "Brother's Blood" and Ace's is called "Survivor". Or "Wildcard", I haven't decided yet.
          
          Heat From Fire: Yes, this is another rewrite. Cutting down the cast to only those who matter, changing the genre AGAIN, exploring more of Blake's family and getting WAY more political.
          
          What about that dystopia? It happened. It kept happening. I had to rewrite the entire series plan because IT KEPT HAPPENING IN REAL LIFE. So I just kinda merged it into Heat From Fire. I'll get to it, I promise.

          Coming Within a Week

after over a year... it's finally time to go back to the world of Rabbit Hole.
          
          heart: liv's story starts december 13th.
          
          DETAILS:
          - Covers Liv's relationship with Andrew (meeting him -> post Rabbit Hole)
          - Has a way different tone to Rabbit Hole. Whilst Rabbit Hole focused on everyone, this is Liv's story through and through, there may be chapters featuring other POVs though.
          - There will be differences to Rabbit Hole's story.  Think of the original as an account of events rather than the actual events. Is this an excuse to redo some of the kinda cringier "edgy" moments? Yeah. Will it also provide multiple twists? Also yeah. Additionally, this could lead to other "[CHARACTER]'s Story" in the future. (Amanda, Elliott, Ace and Cole seem like those characters right now)
          - We meet Ernest (Liv's ex) in this story... if I've done my job right you're gonna hate him.
          - Other characters (Vi (Ernest's sister), Richie (Ernest's friend), Hugh (Liv's father), maybe others) will be introduced.
          - Schedule will be a start on Friday, then hopefully two/three chapters a week (Tuesday, Friday, Sunday). A hiatus may happen dependent on whether I finish chapters in time.
          
          OTHER UPDATES
          - I know Heat From Fire and the 24:01 rewrite are on ice right now. I'll get back to them once I have motivation to continue.
          - The first 5 chapters of MODIFY are done. I plan to do an EPIC style release with that (putting out blocks of it at a time, 6 are in Part I), so that may be out by the end of the year. However, a LOT has changed since I came up with the concept in June (multiple elections, a nightmare scenario coming true, constant major news stories) so I might rewrite the story to take those into account, since this is a VERY political story.

          Alright, so WALKER just went offline, and that was intentional.
          The only reason I was writing it was because I had to for something that happened later down the line. However, a change of plans means it isn't necessary.
          Sorry to those enjoying that one, but I didn't wanna continue a story I didn't like.
          
          That being said, Modify may be launching soon with the first batch of chapters, HFF may be coming back plus a 3rd secret one connected to Rabbit Hole... but we'll see.

          So... I've been gone for a while. I was doing exams, then I was working on a different story to the one's I've started to publish.
          
          I've lost motivation for some (WALKER, HFF) so they'll stay on pause.
          
          However it's the other thing I've been working on I wanted to mention. I've been making a political thriller/precursor to a dystopia called "Modify", and this story centres around violence leading up to an election.
          
          NOTE: I am a British author and this was conceived during that election. However, recent events in America have made this story way more topical than I imagined.
          
          This story will go out as intended despite recent events, however these events were NOT influenced by these events, especially today's.

so, some stuff's releasing over the next few days:
          
          I'm just gonna unload all the Heat From Fire and WALKER (yeah, we're back there again) chapters I've wrote, maybe I'll start work on 24:01 rewrite too.
          
          Today -> 3rd April: Heat From Fire
          4th April -> 7th April: WALKER

Heat From Fire has FINALLY started!
          
          I've been working on this for a few weeks, and whilst I can't promise back-to-back updates like Rabbit Hole or a blitz job like 24:01, the first 7 chapters have been completed, with the first 2 out now.
          
          A few notes: whilst this is a lighter story than the rest of the Logan saga, there are still scenes of homphobia and transphobia, and there is a plotline involving sexual assault. Whilst the story as a whole is a horror-comedy, those moments are taken fully seriously.
          
          Another important thing to note, this story contains a LOT of lore for the series, including the explanation to how the resurrections were possible in 24:01 and linking into the brainwashing in Rabbit Hole. 
          
          Speaking of Rabbit Hole, i'll confirm that Barns Muller, the in-universe writer/reporter has a much larger role in this story, and also this sees the return of the detective from 24:01, Mike Wheeler. 
          
          Explaining its place in the timeline, this takes place the Halloween before Rabbit Hole, a few days after 24:01 happens (no other characters are planned to show up from either at the moment). Also, I'll just go through the current plan for the series:
          
          24:01 - The opening to the series. Introduces resurrection and sets a tone for the series.
          Rabbit Hole - Another story in the same universe. Introduces brainwashing and shows a more man-made horror.
          Heat From Fire - Dives head-first into the supernatural elements, explaining how all of this is possible.
          Ghost Town (Part I) - Brings the characters from the series together, whilst introducing some new ones, and in a universe where resurrection is possible, who knows who can come back for revenge...
          Thirteenth Hour (Part II) - The final installment of the series. A final showdown between the remaining protagonists and antagonists of the series.
          
          There might be a few other fun things, but apart from that, I think that's all I want to do with this series. After all, I still need to get to other things...

          Lawton will go on pause until I've finished the other books. 
          I plan to finish the Lexton Saga next year.
