It sounds like you’ve been pushed way past what any normal person should have to handle, and honestly, I’m really sorry. That kind of schedule isn’t just “busy,” it’s relentless. No proper rest, constant pressure, no real time to just breathe or exist outside of deadlines — it’s no wonder you’re exhausted and running on caffeine fumes. You’re not weak or dramatic for feeling worn down. Anyone would start to crumble under that load. I know the whole “you have to do well to get into a good university” pressure feels like this giant monster breathing down your neck, but please don’t forget that your health — your ACTUAL self — matters more than grades or rankings ever will. (I mean that. Your diploma won't help on your death bed- ok I know I suck at examples. Pretend I never said that.) You can’t pour from an empty cup, love. Even if you can’t take a long break, try to give yourself little micro-moments of pause. Close your eyes and breathe for sixty seconds. Stretch your hands, unclench your jaw, drink some water instead of coffee just once. It’s not going to fix everything, but it reminds your body that you’re still here, that you’re not just surviving on autopilot. A little break is all you need sometimes. And hey — I know you’re trying your absolute best. That’s so clear. Even if you don’t feel like it, even if you’re too tired to see your own strength, it’s there. I just wish the system gave you room to rest too, because you deserve that more than anything.
