Okay, so I have no idea if anyone is still here, but I have finally come to the decision that I will be leaving this app for good by the end of this year.
          
          I fear that I have officially lost my interest in skz and kpop in general, and I cannot get it back. To put it simply, I have merely outgrown that phase. I suppose that's life—outgrowing phases and changing and finding what you like. Although, my love for Minho will never die (trust, hes my man. Hes the only one I actually follow on insta now </3). It is rather bittersweet to drift away from something that was so dear to me—this community, the stay community in general, and skz—but it shows that I have grown and developed. Holy yap omg i should finish this up
          
          I have come to the conclusion that I will NOT write the sequel for leave (I'm so so sorry) and I may just finish up my on going book if anyone is still interested. If it is desired, I can write an alternate ending of Leave that I originally planned when I first started Leave (in may 2024 lol)
          
          Thank you all so much for granting me such wonderful memories. My thirteen year old self would be delighted

I just found out that my father is in dubai, near the airport, so that is rather unsettling...
          
          I truly pray that you all stay safe, protected, and stable during terrifying times like these. Sending a bunch of prayers and well wishes. My Pinterest is always open if you need to someone to rant to/release some pent up anxiety

            Thankfully, I'm safe and away from yhe war, it's just my father who lives in dubai, and he is currently safe

im so sorry i hope hes doing well and my uncle and aunt were at palm jumeirah as well when the attack happened so in a way i do understand how you feel and i hope you and your family and everyone else here stays safe

PSA:
          
          I will be deleting this app for a few months to healthily balance writing Checkmate and maintaining my life. I hope to return once I have completed Checkmate, or once I'm at least halfway through the book.
          
          Unfortunately, I have subconsciously started equating the worth of my writing/ideas to the amount of engagement I receive on each book. I feel that it will be best if I write most of the book without opening this app so that I don't get demotivated and lose my passion for writing.

Drown me now because I have a test on my birthday in a language that I can't properly speak/understand, I have a bunch of projects and tests over the next few weeks and my whimsy has left </3
          
          My will to live has disappeared and I barely have time to read, let alone write </3
