@StealTheWorld ahh i see~~ my favourites hands down has got to be durarara!!, tokyo ghoul, zankyou no terror. these are all psychological thrillers and tokyo ghoul has gore in it... but it's damn heartbreaking. the manga is apparently better though (which is more heartbreaking)
            and there's this really funny one called gekkan shoujo nozaki-kun i laughed until my stomach hurt ohmygod. and then there's "lighter" romance ones. my favourite has got to be your lie in april... but there's a lot of feels. it's a classical music anime
            
            rom coms are the classic ouran high school host club, ao haru ride (i didn't like this but it was rated quite high so idk) i personally love kamisama kiss it's a fantasy romance about japanese gods... both seasons are not bad, but my favourite arc is the manga (the manga is sooo much better). another fantasy romance i HIGHLY recommend is soredemo sekai wa utsukushii (still world is beautiful) the jap to eng translation is really wonky but the title means like despite everything else, the world is still beautiful (i guess). it's really really good and my one of my fav romance animes. it gives a really refreshing feeling and leaves u feeling all smiley :):):)
            
            noragami is not bad, but the 2nd season (noragami aragoto) is much much better cos there's more story and action huehue. of course, reading the manga is the best bc the story develops a lot!!
            
            and if you like sports animes i highly highly recommend haikyuu!! because no one dies everyone is happy and there is character development. it's a volleyball anime so there'll be matches and trainings but the character development is really really good
            
            erm for music animes i know of your lie in april, and nodame cantabile. these are classical music animes!!
            
            and coming this april is this anime called sousei no onmyouji (twin star exorcist). i discovered the manga yesterday and it's really really good. the fight scenes are really great and the art is so pretty and the concept and premise are gr10

            and i've watched a few series, haven't gotten very deep into it. i think i got into it because of this one super cool inuyasha fanfic i read a while back, lol.
