@Hamyboiii7 In my view, this is one of the hardest things to write: accurately and comprehensively describing emotions such that it doesn't seem redundant but enough to make the readers understand and sympathize.
            
            My best advice is just to read honestly. When constructing a story, you can't utilize prose and story writing unless you actually get a feel for what it is exactly. So, really, I would advise you to read, practice, and read again. 
            
            Basically, it'll take a while because this is a skill you have to learn over time. But it's certainly doable for anybody.

@Hamyboiii7 I recommend just straight-up reading books. They're lengthy and, at times, hard to follow, but they provide great insights into both the general trends of the period & the minute details that comprise them.
