@napnap_com It's a good movie in terms of fight scenes and emotional moments, but it does drag when it comes to flashbacks. Still highly recommend it.

@SteelWrath123 I haven't actually watched it yet tbh.. I've read the manga like 5 times already and I just can't go through all that again TnT I've heard it's very good tho, will probably pull myself together soon and watch it

            If I am going to be completely honest, I feel quite burnt out at the moment. School, research, and club activities have been kicking my ass. 
            
            Update-wise, I have plans for December. I REALLY wanna finish the book before my Spring Semester starts in late January.
            
            On the plus, this extra time has given me some time to think about the last few chapters and how exactly I want to approach them — I am hoping to tie up all loose ends.

@SteelWrath123  yeah im not even kidding, in the flashback kanae was seen tryna swing for doma, but then doma pulled out his fans and slashed her and then ig she died?? but yeah if we go by the movie she didnt even touch doma, oh yeah and another thing i learnt from the movie is that when akaza well, ended himself he punched himself repeatedly, when i was reading the manga i just thought he somehow exploded himself or something

            Long story short, I got incredibly sick, so now I'm behind on school work. 
            
            As for Chapter 55... this is painful but I'm gonna have to delay it. I'll TRY to work on it every once in a while (so far there's around 4000 words, but my best guess is that the chapter might exceed 10,000), but I can't make any guarantees at the moment. 
            
            Damn, now I feel so bad for misleading everyone for the last few months. 
            
            But I can absolutely guarantee one thing: THIS BOOK WILL BE COMPLETED. When I'm so close to the finish line, I'm gonna fucking make sure it gets completed!!!

            There are 2 more chapters left - the "official" last chapter (Chapter 55), and a (probably long) epilogue to finally conclude the story.
            
            Chapter 55 is likely to be released end of August, but I'm not so sure about the Epilogue. Truth be told, I was busier than expected this summer, and I couldn't write as much as I wanted to.

            ITD is still under work, although progress has accelerated since the conclusion of my summer class and the beginning of my research position. 
            
            I can't promise an exact date for when it'll be published, but it's definitely going to happen in the month of August.

@9872684 Progress was slow in July, but I've started to make an effort since the start of August. The only issue is that this last stretch of the book might be long as hell haha.

            Anyways, apologies for not responding earlier. ITD is still in the works, though progress stalled since the start of June due to my summer class starting + interviews for a research position I'm applying for. 
            
            BUT I am alive and well. And once I stop napping like a sloth in the afternoon, I will certainly move ahead with progress on Chapter 55!
