To anyone wondering; Bite back (Parts one to three), Hallucinations, and rest are all connected! Some weird shit happened in the original and bite back universe when the two Tommy's died causing them to go into different limbos. When they were resurrected, they still got glimpses of each other's universe. Just to clear that up!
