Hi!!I hope ur doing well.
I think Stella first you should befriend his friends....gather up some courage and ask YOUR friends if they know any of his friends- u can always tell d truth to ur close friend & she can tactfully ask other friends. or some similar technique- target his friend first.
So get to know his friends and become something of a fixture in his life- like u know d TIME he leaves school/d WAY/ his club period - anything so dat he sees u on a daily basis- be dere & smile (not very much, a li'l better dan how u'd smile at strangers ). dere's no need for u 2 approach him yet. Once few days have passed- wave at him- if he waves start waving to him when u see him.
IF U can get one of his friends to introduce u den very good.
otherwise like I said wave to him & go talk2 him once a month or so of waving passes- lyk how u wld become friends with someone in real life..
If u become friends with his friends den hang out more with his friend so he may introduce you & d friend may tell him about u(he will ask if he sees u with his friends frequently)
TRY TO GET INTO A ROUTINE- increase familiarity.
once ur acquaintaces become his friend.
What's imp with ur crush's nature is he's shy so he won't opn up2 strangers so u have to get past d stage of strangers and u can do that when he sees ur there to be arnd... i.e. meaning be a good friend and person 2 him & others arnd u.
d MORE ENCOUNTERS or meetings d bettter- but don't make it luk like ur stalking....always be ready with a reason excuse decide up something with ur friend.
Try doing this and let me know what happens..... den we'll think of what to do next
