First Moneytoon just nerf Harith's 2nd skill CD Reduction
          Than they just buff his 2nd skill CD by lowering 1 second at all levels?

          So basically Moonton Nerf Harith again and I'm getting annoyed about it since he's my favourite hero. 
          
          Like seriously how many times do they have to Nerf him? It very unfair that Esm gets buff :v
          
          I'll try to stay calm in Season 13. I swear I'll lose my temper again if they nerf Harith in the next patch.
