I am a Maori writer from Taranaki, New Zealand. I have been writing all my life, copywriting, blogging and creative writing. 

I have had a play published through Playmarket 'A Story of Rona' which is the prequel to the classic Maori legend of Rona.

I have just finished Te Papa Tupu's writing incubator with my first YA novel "Flight of the Fantail" which incorporates science fiction with Maori mythology. Hopefully it will be published soon!

I am a big fan of indigenous writing as well as YA, scifi, fantasy, historical, romance... actually I just love reading. Even the back of the Weetbix packet would do.
