          Where can I find the sign and what will I do when I see the sign?

If you're on a laptop there's a white plus sign. If you're on a tablet you have to go to the white plus sign. If you're on a phone go to your white plus sign. So basically the same for all of them. Oh yeah and you have to go to the story you want to add a chapter to.
