I apologize to everyone if I have missed your messages etc over the past few weeks.

I have been extremely busy off-line trying to move all of the rooms and furniture in my house around as I tried to get things set up and ready for my husband to FINALLY get back to living at home after being stuck recovering in a nursing home for the last four months. I'm thrilled to report that he has been home for a week now and things are starting to settle back down into a routine again.

We have had a lot of lifestyle changes in the past few weeks as my best friend Lisa has now moved into our house with us! She is going to help out with caring for Michael so that I can get back to work with limited hours for the upcoming school year. It takes a village to care for someone with dementia.

I am very blessed to have my daughter and son-in-law living across the street with all of my grandchildren. Lisa has also been a HUGE help to my daughter's family as we get excited and start to get things ready for our new addition to the family to arrive sometime around the 17th of July. It's been very challenging trying to figure out how to fit all five children into my daughter's three bedroom bungalow, especially with my daughter needing extra care during this pregnancy.

She is having to travel to doctors appointments at St. Vincent in Indianapolis every week since our local hospital is not equipped to handle the difficulties of her pregnancy. On the positive side, Riley Children's Hospital is close to St Vincent in the event baby Abigail would need more care than St Vincent neonatal ICU would be able to provide. Please keep my family in your prayers/positive thoughts for the next six weeks as we start to welcome our new addition.

I hope that all of you are doing fantastic and I very much look forward to reading your stories in the future.

          	All the best,
          	Stephanie

@VeraLoy I can only hope! A short story format as companions to it wouldn't take as long to write and would give all of the other fans of this novel closure for Sammy and Jack's characters. *Pleading look at phone... *
