Fighter pilot. Playboy. Billionaire.

These are all words that you couldn't use to describe me. At least, not in the real world. But in the fantasy world of a writer's mind, imagining what it would be like to be those things is one way to create compelling stories.

I grew up in South Africa, travelled the world, and settled in England. I've worked as a movie extra, waiter, web designer, biltong maker, online marketer, programmer, product manager, photographer, copywriter, investment analyst, auditor, tax expert, and estate agent. But whatever else I've been, I've always been a writer.
