I received a notification for it, but for some reason (it's either a problem in the app, or the writer of the book simply deleted the comments, if that's possible) I couldn't reply to it. @Stephyadi You are right, it's his book, and anyway I think we have made our point clear enough (in fact, so clear that it had to be deleted), and did that without offending or disrespecting anyone. ^^
