So do tell me if I can... Just click 'Reply' below my message and tell me.
          Well, you can read comments mainly in two places: firstly, when you upload something and people read it, they can post comments below your work. You can read those comments there. Secondly, when you read somebody else's work you can read the comments that other people have posted there about that person's work. You can also post your own comment regarding that persons work there, which I guess you know about as you've already done it... :) 
          If you want to know anything else about stuff here, feel free to ask me... I'll love to help...!! :)
