Hello I'm a fan of your work and I beg of you to not give of up just thinking about it makes the heart in my chest feel like it's being crushed and makes want to cry, my word of advice to you is that you give your body a break to recover and and incredible amount of work if you don't have time to prepare or bye some to eat that you at least carry snacks with you everywhere like fruits the other small portable foods and some vitamin and protein pills with you that way if your overworking and don't have time to buy or make something for yourself to eat than you at least are getting foods and vitamins and proteins in your body between brakes another thing I suggest is to drink tea most specifically green tea and lemon tea, both are high on proteins and vitamins, they are antitoxin and they work like a antibiotic for example I had a inflammation in my throat and the lemon tea got me all better another thing I give you advice in is to do activities that relaxes both your mind and body it can be anything like like singing, drawing, writing, swimming, knitting, hearing music while you work or are at home, watching short cartoons or movies or hanging out with friends or family or just talking about everyday things with people you know simple things, their are a lot of activities and hobbies to choose from that help to relax both mind and body and another thing I suggest is for you to talk to someone about what your feelings, you'd be surprised how talking to someone you trust or even writing about your problems in a diary or in a journal can feel like all the weight of the world is no longer in your shoulders since your releasing all that stress that from inside you allowing yourself to relax so please just think about the advices I gave you okay.
