as someone who recently attempted and went to the hospital for it, please don’t try it again. my mindset has almost done a complete 180 and i’ve come to realize life is such a wonderful opportunity that we’re blessed to have. please be good to your body, it’s done so much for you.

If this is it just know that you will forever be one of my favourite people. You were always there for me even when you were struggling. Sophia you helped me so much more than you may ever know baby. Nobody deserves to hurt and to have been hurt the way that you have. You have one of the genuinely kindest, genuine, caring, loving, and overall amazing souls. Without you I may not still be here. If you do read this please just try and stay here with us and hang on. An absolutely amazing content creator I watch whenever I feel like that is Jazz Thornton she's an amazing mental health advocate who shares her story of struggling with mental health, as well as her times spent in the psych ward. If the worst has happened and you don't get to read this please just know that having you in my life has altered my brain chemistry in so many ways. You'll forever be my favourite person and I'll always be grateful to say I've known you. Sophia baby you were an angel who didn't deserve to walk on this hurt through all the hurt.
