Hey bro. Remember when you shared your story about your hellhound Sam with me last month?
Well I wanna be honest with you on something now.
The reason I started writing Helluva Human Kid wasn't just my inspiration from Loona the Caretaker. My inspiration came from Loona herself, because I connect a lot with her, as there was a huge chunk of my childhood that I never got the chance to properly live like everyone else, because of the person I am.
I've spent the last few years looking back at those days in sadness, thinking I didn't take them seriously, but I know, especially as I continue looking at my baby book, I'll always smile at them.
I actually cried tonight looking at it and I'm still crying as I write this message right now because seeing those pictures and making this story, I get to live those childhood experiences now long lost through Balin Johnson.
And whether it's Loona that I get my bravery from or not, sharing that heart of me on this story is a joy so far.
I just wanted you to know that heart from heart. So thank you.
