The comics are revised! Not much has changed, just some slight dialogue changes. Now, with the ability to put more attention to the Maiden of the Sea book, I plan to update bi-weekly on chapters. I will also be posting art sometimes both here and on my tumblr @soupinbunns  - AU's, side stories, and more Kya lore to come ^^

Finally revised Book 3, the most notable change was in chapter 12. To summarize; Azula makes Kya go with Kaito on the day of the eclipse at the very last minute before the invasion starts. Everything else stayed largely the same spare some dialogue changes.

Finally finished revising book 2. Not many big changes were made, just elaborating and exploring Kya’s psyche a bit more. If anything I ask you guys to reread chapter 11 if you want 
          
          A new chapter to Maiden of the Sea will be out by this weekend

Hi guys, I just finished revising book 1. Most notable is the last chapter. Here are some changes/edits I’ve made overall:
          - tried expressing Kya’s thinker / intj traits a little more
          - Haru still kisses Kya, but she doesn’t hug him. And she realizes he asked her to join him because he liked her
          - Kya does know more waterbending than Katara, but not by that large of margin, and Katara isn’t mad at her about it. Just frustrated at first when she can’t learn as quickly as Aang and feeling left behind (pirate ep) 
          - Instead of Rui dying while writing his letter, he wrote it prior. In the case died, he would have something left to say 
          - Subtly mentioned a sparring partner Kya had in the North Pole, (non romantic) going to write a chapter on it in the Maiden of the Sea book
          - When Yue dies, Kya runs after Zhao with the intention to end him. By the time she finds him, the Ocean spirit had already taken him, and Kya watched as Zuko tried to save him. Seeing him extend his hand to someone like Zhao, Kya starts to believe he’s capable of changing. But most importantly, wanted to get him away from Aang as soon as possible. So she chooses to leave with him 
          - Same tendency to react when there’s injustice

          “What if you get hurt?” Kya said, slamming her hand to the table, “You are the Fire Lord’s son.”  
          
          “I never asked to be the Fire Lord’s son!” Siku yelled back, the flames from the fireplace burned wildly with the rising of his voice, “There’s so much more I can do outside those palace walls, mom, why do you think I begged so hard to leave?“

In light of the upcoming movie, should I make a new fic once it’s out? You guys let me know if you want one 

Hi hello! Kya’s story is going under revision from start to finish as of tomorrow! It will turn from first person pov to third person and I plan to remove/add details. Both my writing has grown and myself have both grown since when the series first started and I plan to try and portray that while keeping the same essence of what it is in my heart.
          
          Additionally, I’m planning to create an entirely original story and will start posting .. soon (?) hopefully! Nonetheless, thanks for all the support everyone’s given me all these years.
