so work is being a pain and not leaving me much time atm so, for the sake of working on after mars, i am pausing the kaderra academy rewrite for the time being. i will still work on it when i can but don't expect any new updates for at least a few weeks so that i can focus on my main project <3

I am officially unpublishing Kaderra Academy to slowly begin posting the rewrite!
Don't worry, the main plot will be staying the same and I will be posting on a schedule of two chapters a week, one on Monday and one on Friday! The main changes are to the narration itself as I hope to improve the tone and consistency, as well as introducing a better use of descriptive writing since when I first wrote this story I was still a teenager and my writing and certainly improved significantly since.
I hope you'll check out the new version and enjoy it as much as the last!
New Scam Alert!
There is what seems to be a new scam going around where newly created users will comment in your books saying they like your work and that they can help you with promotion, or give you some tips on how to reach a wider audience and things like that. They also often ask you to get in touch with them on Instagram, which is fishy in and of itself.
Please don't interact with or respond to these comments as they are most likely a scam as I received four of them all within a couple of minutes of posting my new stories from multiple different accounts.
Keep yourself and your work safe and please do spread awareness of this so that no one risks getting into a bad situation or having their work stolen!
@StoryWriterKato I would bet a lot of the promotion ones are bots. Every now and then, I just think, maybe I should be a scammer. They make money, at least XD
@StoryWriterKato I ignore them. They will always be around, it's just the way of it. Everyone wants to prey on people hoping to break out in a creative field.
@katiegoesmew aha that's a good way to view it! i've been reporting them too and muting the accounts but istg they always make their way back around T-T at least those art commission ones are probably real people, still doesn't make it any less irritating though aha! i always feel bad having to say no to people who offer that because if i could afford it i would totally hire them to do some art of my ocs lmao
