Think about killing yourself? Here are some steps to help:
1. Write down everything you hate about yourself. Write all your mistakes, all your flaws, everything.
2. Burn it.
3. Now write a list of things you like. Anything. From your personality to your interests to people who have been there for you.
4. Read that list everyday. Before you go to sleep, when you wake up, when your sad.
5. Every time you feel like cutting, write the list on your arm instead.
Don't kill yourself. Please. Life may be bad but it's still worth living. It can't get better if your no longer in it.
