This portrays the stalker like a stalker like a human than a fictional character where stalker becomes a romanticized version of the "I did it because I love you." Cause he clearly had a goal that was the legacy of the offspring which he could train, love or something along the lines of love was just a unplanned temporary collateral. That psychopaths cannot love because they are biologically wired that way, and nothing can change them. This is what I clearly felt rather than random badboys that are called psychopaths by the protagonist because of some violent acts.

I’m so sorry about taking so long to respond!

Thank you! I really wanting to portray my villain as a villain. Not a ✨villain✨. That was really important to me. I don’t want there to be room for the idea of “I can fix him!”

As for Michael’s character, he is the result of too many hours watching Law and Order SVU. Particularly the William Lewis arc. He was such a good bad guy; I wanted to revamp him. I wanted this character to be unsettling, terrifying, confusing.

Also, another thing. September is very much inspired by the Final Girl™️ trope in classic horror. She has the classic brown hair and brown eyes, and her introverted personality.

The story is not done, but rest assured that I am well, and I am writing more. It’s just that I don’t wanna publish two or three parts and leave everyone on a nasty cliffhanger.
