A Guide To Meditation
Meditation is not how it is depicted in the shows where you sit criss cross and go "OOOOOHHHHMMMMM". That type of meditation is for aligning your shakras. The type of mediation you want is where you lye completely flat on your back, and focus on your breathing. Don't alter and don't move. Just focus on it. Now, if you want to do physical meditation to help your body, you imagine a warm feeling starting from your toes and slowly moving up your body.
If you want a mental meditation, imagine an eye just above the middle between your eyebrows. Imagine it open.
Meditation is more of your whole body relaxing, and almost as if your sleeping, but your fully conscious. It is also okay to fall asleep. That happens to me all of the time.
