Shadow literally makes me so happy, whenever I see a picture of him and or edit of him I stim out of joy, he gets me giggly and pretending to be a pick me just to get his attention. Honestly I won't be surprised if I become obsessed with him like one of my friends is obsessed with Haida, actually maybe a little but might also not be surprising ive always thought shadow was better than sonic not knowing his rank and role in the franchise, no until recently I found out about him. I love talking about him to my friends, I love relating to him in how he lost the people he cared about, though Sega messed up his character I still think he has hope of really being greatly developed. My opinion is that they pair him up with someone who was also manipulated by evil to go after sonic and friends, such as Knuckles. Knuckles and him could actually bond, both also losing people they loved and being manipulated by Eggman, but I don't think they should bond over getting manipulated by the same person. I think they could also be unlikely friends. Maybe they sparked interest in each other during battle and knuckles decided to ask shadow for some advice on how to change his strategy in fighting. The two could rlly bond but Sega kinda sucks so its impossible for them to really get some one on one bonding time together.
I apologize immensely for my shadow personality rant. I love him dearly and consider him my comfort character. I'm probably going to start ranting about him more but thats it.
