Michelle G. Stradford is a Best-Selling Author, Architect, Artist and Photographer who creates written, visual and inhabitable art.  In addition to poetry, she has written short stories and fiction since adolescence.  Her writing style is contemporary  free verse, as her goal is to create poetry and prose that is relatable, connects with and is inspiring to her readers. 

Michelle has had the privilege of traveling  the world and loves sharing her interpretation of love, life, friendship, and community. She thrives on using words, art and photography to tell stories that evoke emotions or make connections with others. 



"I'm Rising" is the second of three books planned in her "Rising" series. It is an inspiring poetry collection written to ignite a spark and remind us that facing and conquering our emotional pain builds inner strength and resilience.  It will be released for wide distribution on September 3, 2019. Her third book entitled "We All Rise" is due out in November. The  theme centers around harnessing love, support, and positivity from our family and friendship circles to raise up both ourselves and others. "When Love Rises" is a collection about life that celebrates love, offers comfort in heartbreak and inspiration to heal, move forward and try love again. It was published in April 2019 and is currently available in paperback, eBook and audible on-line at major retailers and Independent bookstores.
