i honestly don’t know how to feel, iv’e been up since last night and i have school in 2 hours. i feel like im being overdramatic, but how can i not when i’m black, queer, AND a woman? i am a descendant of immigrants. i wish i was old enough to vote, but instead i had to go with my sister and see her vote against her own rights, proudly voting for a CONVICTED FELON. i couldn’t even say anything cause i was supposed to be supportive as she was a first-time voter, and why would she listen to her younger sister? i don’t know how this is going to work out, but i know the people, my own people included, have failed us all.

i honestly would have beat my sisters ass. but I am the same. Black, Queer, and a Woman. There is talk of the women in the country taking charge of the 4B movement and not using the men for anything. Work, sex, having kids, money- none of it. Other than that, all we can do is sit and hope that salvation will come.
