@PassionMacha If you want to set the scene, take the mental play you've got going on (what you imagine the characters are doing, where they are, etc) and put that into writing. The scene you imagine is the one you should write down, and if you're unsure if what you wrote makes sense, tell someone else and see if they can imagine what you wrote. Break up dialogue with character actions - smiling, nodding, gesturing, walking around, whatever - and again, take inspiration from what you're picturing in your mind.
If you're struggling to come up with scenery, sometimes you just need to get partially through the scene before you figure out what you want where - in which case you can backtrack and fill in the details later. Character movements you can figure out by doing them yourself (I like to physically act out the movement if I'm struggling with how to phrase it, and that typically helps me visualize it then put it into words). And if you can't figure out how to phrase it, either ask someone else (act it out then ask them to describe the action) or change the action to something else.
