The cover and summary itself foretell an amazing journey into the book "The Treehouse!"
A foggy forest with a lone hiker surrounded by spectacular tall trees. The obscurity of the fog and the hiker standing at the precipice blocks our view from all the secrets that lie ahead for the characters and readers.
You get a taste of the writing style by reading the summary that is a blend of a description excerpt followed by story details. It is wonderfully written with the imagery and inclusion of the story attributes.
The characters are multidimensional with their own secretive personas that are developed with intricate narratives. The beautifully crafted dialogue shows every emotional nuance.
As for the plot, mysterious aspects are present from the very beginning! Not only that, but the mystery is attached to almost everything from the people, the town, the places and to the events.
So many aspects need to be unraveled, it is an amazing experience once you decide to embark on it and join the characters!
Having Lord Byron as a starting point to exalt in the praises of nature over man with his lovely poetry, I knew I was in for a treat! And the book did not disappoint!
"The Treehouse" is gorgeously penned, vibrant with descriptions, tangibly surreptitious in its plot and relatable in its characters. As you continue your journey reading, be prepared to have your breath hitched and heart raced!
