Hey I need help, does anyone remember a fanfic about Sirius Black’s older sister who ends up with Lucius. She’s a Slytherin and the Slytherin house has like a court system we’re she’s the “Silver ruler” and Lucius is the “Green ruler”? 
          Is this a story or am I going crazy?
