Was not a fake update. Sorry about that.  Just my anxiety kicking in. Got a password scare over the weekend. Don't remember changing my password at all. 
          
          Also, I know morning updates are better but I know I will forget

          I think I took some serious damage. It aches sometimes but I don't wanna go to the doctor. Gonna try those arm strap thingies
