"TOMORROW'S HOUSE"? Updated!

"TOMORROW'S HOUSE" is updated.

It's been a long time since I've been here, aye? I was working on my craft while suffering through an intense bout of writer's block.
          
          I have a new and better work out: "TOMORROW'S HOUSE", a verse novel tackling the selfishness and hypocrisy of parenthood, children, anti-natalism, hope, and isolation during a global pandemic.
          
          I found this sooo easy to write! Probably because I'm so into the themes of the story. This was inspired by a verse in Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet" (see the epigraph).

Welp, I won't be posting any stories for a while because I'm working too deep and too hard into the manuscript of "MOONLIT VERSES". I have to finish that first before I upload the whole thing here. I also have to make the illustrations.
          
          I'm currently over 15,000 words into the manuscript and I believe it's going to be around 100,000+ once the work is finished. I don't know yet, but we'll see. So, see you till then.
          
          Unless I suddenly change my mind, like I usually do.

At this point, I'm wondering whether I should just write my poems separately instead of compiling all of them in MOONLIT VERSES. I will see what I can do.

I uploaded another verse in MOONLIT VERSES. It's "BOTH AND NEITHER: Complaining is All They Know". Right now, none of the verses are in order. I will fix that once the "Both and Neither" is finished.

I added another verse in MOONLIT VERSES, titled "BOTH AND NEITHER: Sumakwel, Mac, Big Mac—You Name It".

I added another one: "BOTH AND NEITHER: We Survived a War, But Not This" in MOONLIT VERSES.
          At this point, none of my poems there are in order. I will fix them once I've completed them.

I uploaded "BOTH AND NEITHER: Two Weeks with My Father" in MOONLIT VERSES. I also fixed the poems in order.

I added the twenty-sixth verse in "The Moonlit Truths" in MOONLIT VERSES.
          
          Updates are all I can do for now, as I'm still writing most of the poems in the collection. Currently over 11,000 words into it.
