I'm happy some of you have still stuck around even despite my large, over extended hiatus from writing. I appreciate anyone who actually stays patient with me and checks in on me. I'm going through a lot I don't intend on elaborating on, but I swear my stories will be updated. I've had to put a hold on my hobbies for life issues to be resolved. I do miss writing. I miss posting my stories for you all. I just don't see myself getting back into it until my life is straightened out. 
          
          I hope you can understand. <3 It'll be just a little while longer. 

So I recently celebrated my 33rd birthday! Happy to still be alive. <3 Even with all the crazy shit going on in the world, I will always try to hold on to the positive things that make me happy. 

So, I found another cool fan fic app to post my stories on as well. And please tell me why every time I get a "follow" it's always by foreign profiles I can't speak to or by people who have 0 stories on their profile and 0 engagements on anything?! Like, please. This isn't a social app. It isn't a glamor event. Why are the big profiles with hundreds of followers the only people I get following me who I know for a 100% fact will never give me the time of day? Lol
           
          Sorry, I know this is a bit of a rant. I'm just confused as hell. Perhaps I'm being petty and maybe hypocritical, I just cannot fathom why this happens on every website I'm on (for writing purposes)

Slowly updating some book covers. I've noticed the ones I thought were "good" are actually old and outdated. (and ugly) So, trying to pretty up the stories a little bit. Maybe they will pull in new readers that way? Eh... I highly doubt it. But I can dream.

I really need to stop going back through my fan fics to "rewrite" them. lol I always begin the task to fix mistakes or grammatical errors, but end up trying to rewrite certain parts that don't necessarily need fixing. So now I'm gonna have like 3 conflicting versions elsewhere because they'll be so vastly different. [melting emoji] lmao Why am I like this?! 

I miss personal dms from my friends.

For all of you school or slice of life writers:
          
          When you write school fan fics, do you typically write several class scenes for 1 chapter to get it out of the way or do you mitigate it to 1 class scene per chapter to stretch the story a little?
          
          Asking because I am confused about my own and need a bit of help figuring out what is best.
