How are you doing actually like really how have you been? And how's your father doing now? My mum recently underwent a mini surgery too, and then my health was all over the place — so even when, I did see your updates, I wasn't in the right head to ask about your whereabouts.

@Suganthii I breathe in poetry, otherwise I would have completed my novella long ago. But I have promised myself, I would make sure to complete it one day and yes you will get a best selling novel from me too (in my delulu world of course). Will you be surprised if I say, I wasn't a Poet first in the initial days? Poetry found me, poetry saved me, poetry became my identity somehow.

@preciouspearl20 haha... I would say you love writing poems. The world of poetry is quite different than that from novels so I can understand why you are so into that world

@Suganthii In Asian/brown household, I don't think so, anyone has a perfect parent-child relationship. So, understandable. Glad to know that it's fun to read my poetry but I don't know why, I am obsessing over my latest poem lol! Your books are giving competition to the men clan, believe me. :)) On a serious note, I really have the urge to write like a full length novel on hopeless love but I don't have the speed like you so, that's been a bummer or maybe I am just too stuck in my poetry world.

To all my readers on Wattpad and Stck,
I want to sincerely apologize for not being active lately - whether it’s updating new chapters on Stck or responding to your wonderful comments.
Life has taken a difficult turn. A month ago, my dad was diagnosed with a tumor, and it was later confirmed to be cancerous. Just yesterday, he underwent a major surgery. Since then, my days have been consumed with hospital visits, consultations, and figuring out the best treatment path for him.
It may take me some time to return to my normal writing pace, as I truly don’t know how long this journey will be. I’m deeply sorry if I’ve fallen short on my promise to bring you more updates, but at the moment, life has demanded all of me.
All I can ask is for your prayers and positive wishes for my father’s recovery.
P.S. I do have a few scheduled updates for Coconut Chutney and Other Arrangements over the next couple of weeks. After that, updates might pause until I’m able to write more. I still jot down a little each day - it helps me cope - but it’s far from my usual rhythm. I hope you’ll understand and stand by me through this phase.

From now on there will be double updates of "Coconut Chutney And Other Arrangements" each week in the Wattpad. The weekly updates will be on 10:00 AM IST Tuesday and Friday.
It might change depending on my writing speed and could go back to weekly single chapter update too! For the eager souls, the story updates faster in Scrollstck and you can buy it for early access :)
