I love Ginro. He’s a huge coward, obviously, but he also REFUSES to let anyone be a sacrifice for the greater good. He cares SO deeply about his friends and loved ones that he occasionally seems to do the right thing in spite of himself, and I adore him.

I read a 120k fic in a single day— a day where I was busy doing other stuff, so more like half a day— and I regret it. It was well-written but I think I was sort of over it by the end. It felt like narrative exhaustion? Like it should’ve been over a few chapters before it was (and these chapters are like 10-15k words long). Lol I’ve probably done the exact same thing, let’s be honest.

I really need to write about Ginro from Dr. Stone more. I don’t even know how much depth they intended for him to have given he’s the butt monkey/comic relief/somewhat skeevy dude (every team needs one), but I love him and I can SEEEEEEEE it. I can feel it in my bones, there’s some really good stuff brewing under the surface.

Agh and he really does trust anyone and everyone more than he trusts himself.

I think I really love characters who react like normal human beings when they’re surrounded by valiant heroes. Like. Ginro has seen some truly insane stuff and he’s the only one who ever clearly shows any sort of trauma response.

It feels like there’s something so impossibly fragile and comforting about the birthday of someone you really care about from a distance.

I find it very funny how, in FE3H, people are almost immediately put off by one of the house leaders. A couple of my friends immediately disliked Claude. I had a distaste for Edelgard right off the bat. And this let’s player I just found vehemently claims not to like Dimitri.

Dude someone just accused a Reddit story of being AI generated because it used a semicolon correctly. That’s very bad for me because I use them frequently. People can use semicolons!! I don’t want people to think my work is fake just because I use semicolons!

Ugh. 1000x RESIST is SO good. I swear, every time I play or watch someone play it, I find new things to think about.

@luvtism Trying to be as spoiler-free as possible, it’s about a society of clones in the post-apocalypse. But like, I ADORE this game. If anyone claims video games aren’t literature, I would point to this one.

I have a voice line stuck in my head but I don’t remember who says it. It’s something like “I’m such a fool.” Or “I’ve been such a fool.” But the tone is interesting because it sounds, like, more accepting and much less distraught than people usually deliver that sort of line. I really wish I could figure out who it was

Mild Dr. Stone spoilers:
I literally adore it every time the villagers get to try a new food. It warms my heart to see how excited they get, and it makes me grateful that I’m alive right now.
