          So uh- I used to be rlly depressed, and I was self-harming, but than I got help, and I got better :D but now, it’s going downhill again, and I’m afraid I’ll be in the same place I was. Nothing feels real, I feel detached from the world..? Idk how to explain it. they’re so much going on in my head, and so much self-hate and noises. I wanna hurt myself, but I don’t wanna end up in the place I was, I wanna get help but I’m afraid that they’ll all, look at me as someone who’s doing stuff for attention. I don’t wanna be an attention seeker but I don’t wanna go through this again. I haven’t had good sleep in a month, and I haven’t had an actual meal, in a while. I don’t know what’s going on.
          I think I’ll be taking a break on every social media platform. I need to… find myself, ig? Anyways ilysm, have a good day :)
