"It was all well in the Southland, under the law of love and fellowship, to respect private property and personal feelings; but in the Northland, under the law of club and fang, whoso took such things into account was a fool, and in so far he observed them he would fail to prosper."

-Through the first days of snow
"Call of the Wild" by Jack London

And so it was for Buck as a dog, and so it is for many in this human world. How ridiculous to see humanity reflected in the pure animal instincts. It feels almost contradictory to believe in the worth of humanity when we fall pray so easily of primordial sins like greed, pride, lust and gluttony.

For Buck, like for many of us who have traveled the world, the Southland and the Northland may be completely different. But unlike Buck, we can understand that both South and North are still the same world, are still part of a single society of human beings, and as superior rationals beings, why is it that we retain this savage difference when we know we can be better?

"Human sanity could be surprisingly fragile. If one were to deprive another of sunlight, propper food, their freedom, and their dignity, leaving cold, hunger, and fear in their stand, any strong-willed person would eventually snap."

          -Toughts of the battlefield
          "86" by Asato Asato

Same to say that the things that can break someones' hart and feelings can also be pretty simple and innocent looking.

A side discriminatory glance, a turned back, a couple of words from the right person, a prolonged silence.

No one is entierely free of blame nor sin, we all act and as such we all harm one another; its a bit of a natural process, because in doing so we all become stronger.

But for those small, sporadic, shiny little moments of peace, we must know to be kind, we must know to accept and not judge or impose.

One little action, a single kind word, can make a huge difference.

I do not belive there will ever be an understanding between religions, because no one can possibly accept that there can be anything equal to that whom they believe is the most powerful being; by doing so they would become vulnerable.

Yet, I do believe that the society can work towards an acceptance, a genreal rule of respect and peaceful coexistance that is much needed in this toilet swirl of a world.

Needed, because we all need a God, a supreme power to relay and blame for all of which we can't control and handle. Such is His role, such is His purpose, no matter what we mortals think, He, She, They, will be there for us; and here, in this world, we should be there for one another.

"Eso era la historia, una rama de la fabulación que pretendía ser ciencia."

We always base ourselves and our believes in what we have learned and lived, in what we have read and seen, in what we have listened and has pleased out ears and our souls.

But we must never forget, that what we see, live, read, listen and feel, is just a little shard of what truly is and we will probably never know or understand. Because reality is not fixed, reality is just a perception each of us creates of its own environment.

"Different...worlds? What do you mean? Aren't you sitting before me right now, as you are? We are talking together, eating together. Doesn't this mean we're in the same world, then?"

          -Katarina Claes to Rufus Brode
"My Next Life as a Villaness: All Routes Lead To Doom!" by Satoru Yamaguchi

Sometimes, meeting someone that has a stark diffence to us, different manners, different cultures, different social oportunities, might make us belive that there are two or more worlds within this same one. While it is true that society might greatly determine on which side of the scale we are placed, switching those places is quite easy so long we remain determined and work through our goals.

Remain true to yourself, work hard towards your goals and be ready to help out those in need. In the end, there is just one world for all of us.
