When I'm not writing, I'm probably lost in a book, plotting dramatic betrayals in my head, or staring at my screen like a villain while crafting the next emotionally devastating scene. I have a love-hate relationship with my characters-I ruin their lives, then spend chapters trying to fix them (sometimes).
