Hey there everyone. I know that I haven't been updating any of the stories that I write as consistently as I feel I should, and I do have reasons why. So for those who care about said reasons, here's what they are.
First up, I do a lot of roleplay. I roleplay in a Warrior Cats RP group on Facebook, and that's how I practice and refine my writing and character development skills. Recently I've been struggling with exactly how I want my style of writing to be, as well as properly developing characters as they need to be developed, which is an unintentional problem caused by the other author of Dragon Ball Reverse. He wrote his part of DBR before mine was complete, which I completely understand. The problem with that is that it means that I have a standard to meet with the characters, and I wind up being lost on exactly how to get them where they need to be for his story.
Next up is a bit of writers block. Stories like Otherworld Solstice and Blazing Sunset are stories that I tend to tie emotion into, although more Blazing Sunset than OS. The problem arises when my own emotions are too problematic for me to be able to write through, so it brings my writing quality down.
Third and probably last is my personal life. For those who may not be aware, I'm a 16 year old kid with school to do and personal problems to deal with, so compared to those, writing tends to get put on the backburner so often that I simply forget to do it.
Now, with all this being said, fear not. I have a lot of ideas in my head right now that I will soon be bringing to places like this, along with some stuff on Deviantart, Toyhouse, and various things like that. So keep yourselves updated, as all of that is coming sooner than you may think.
