@ScarletteCrow First off, I want to thank you for coming to me. I appreciate it. You're not bothering me at all. Come to me whenever you need help, and I'll help to the best of my ability. You will never be a bother. Now, getting to the point, you can totally be transgender if you don't have issues with your bottom half. In fact, most trans males don't get bottom surgery. So you can absolutely be transgender. Dysphoria is different for everyone. There aren't specific things you have to feel dysphoric about in order to be transgender.
