Well if it goes how I want it to go, it will be hinted at in like the first episode of season 2 where discord turns y/n into his opposite self, where the sacrela turns to a dark ominous purple and his red eyes become slitted, then during the fight in the crystal empire arc, Sombra reveals to Y/n that he is his father and y/n has a breakdown like Zane did when he found out he was a robot. Something like this I hope.
Y/n: "Who are you? How do you know me?"
Sombra: "Who am I? Your mother never told you about me? I am deeply hurt by her. Y/n L/n. . . I am your father."
Y/n: "No, it can't be! No! Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
