I am Russia, the quiter, probably more insane half of this account. That is probably why I am Russia. I also have a small minion I have named Latvia. But that's not important. 

Hi. Don't ask who I am. I don't know anymore. I'm the shadow of my brother. That's it. I sit alone in my house making pancakes for people who have no clue I even exist. On a more positive note I'm probably just as insane as Russia. You just don't know it yet ;3 (seriously Russia hasn't seen the half of my insanity)
