SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME REQUESTS FOR A TUMBLR FIC I SHOULD WRITE, I BEG

Would anyone want to be tagged when my YJ fic is posted?? Hoping for it to be dropped tomorrow!! 

I just saw a YJ tiktok saying that Jackie was the worst character/person on yellowjackets (it was coming from a MISTY stan) which is literally insane.
          
          Was she flawed? Yes
          
          Is she deserving of 80% of the hate that she gets? Sure. 
          
          But she was also a 17-year-old girl who had been coddled her whole life, always the centre of attention, a drugged-up mother, an inattentive father etc. 
          
          She may have been a bad friend sometimes but she saved Shauna from the crash -nearly dying in the process-, gave her the last of her food, showed Misty she was beautiful, was literally willing to help Shauna raise her baby- no questions asked- most likely would have forgiven her for the Jeff thing and the last thing she thought about was her and Shauna making out. 
          
          Imagine only having one person to fully count on, only for her to sleep with your boyfriend multiple times, get pregnant by him and then LIE to you.
          
          Yes she did bad things like not being helpful, being rude to Natalie, controlling, sleeping with Travis, trying to kick Shauna out etc 
          
          But Travis and Nat were broken up (and you can only blame her if Shauna is held accountable), there was a plane crash and not going for exes was the least of their worries. And I’m 95% sure she would NOT have left Shauna out there. Her pride was big but she loved Shauna and she and no one else would have allowed that. 
          
          She was one of the more realistic characters on the show- most people wouldn’t give up hope on day 3 and start skinning animals without blinking an eye. 
          
          Let’s remember multiple of the girls Sa’d Travis and killed people!!

I have been writing a bit and I am 1k words deep in the first chapter of my YJ fic and am dying to start writing for my Maggie fic. Seriously considering jumping to them meeting and then writing the boring season one era (only boring because there is no romance and I’m just getting in the grove of my OC’s character) when I have solid motivation (never)

Y’all, I have COVID so I may not be able to publish my Yellowjackets book when I wanted to (Wednesday) but I am hoping to soon. 
          
          When I get a new phone or a computer, the edits are gonna EAT idc
